Web management console

Image gallery. A new image gallery (shown below) makes it easy to manage the images you use for your messages. Upload images, then add tags or alt text. You can search your images by keyword. And Tangowork automatically downsamples large images to keep your chatbot fast.

Search web for royalty-free images. If you don’t have the perfect image, no problem — you can search the web for royalty-free images within Tangowork. When you find one you like, Tangowork automatically crops, resizes and inserts it.

Import images from Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox and Google Drive. If your organization has great photos on Facebook or Instagram, no problem — you can browse and select them within Tangowork. Similarly, if you have a folder full of images in Dropbox or Google Drive, you can access them directly from Tangowork.

Inline image editing. Before completing your image upload, you can manually crop your image. You can also apply effects, such as sepia or monochrome.

Intelligent facial cropping. Tangowork automatically detects faces in photos and keeps them in them in the middle of the frame. No more cut-off heads.

Chatbot

Support for Skype for Business. Tangowork now fully supports Skype for Business (formerly Lync).

Buttons and carousels in Broadcasts. Broadcast messages can now use the full suite of message types, including Buttons and Carousels.

Spellcheck. Utterances are now passed through spellcheck and corrected prior to Natural Language Processing. “Show me tomorwwosd shedule” automatically becomes “show me tomorrow’s schedule”, and the chatbot responds correctly.
